Chlor-Alkali Electrolyzer Monitoring and Optimizing System
UPIC Electrolyzer Appraiser is a chlor-alkali electrolyzer monitoring and optimizing system.
The system includes data acquisition card, PLC, and HMI (PC with data processing software and operator interface).
The system measure rectifier parameters and element voltages, the PLC process the data, and HMI gathering the data and provides oprerating information, and interface.
The PLC integrates interlock functions to ensure the proper running of the electrolysis system. In case any critical malfunctions is detected the system will activate the interlock signals to the DCS (or ESD if there is) and shut down the electrolyzer (or take other necessary actions according to the cause and effect) to avoid unsafe situations.
Desalination Process Optimizing System
This system includes three main function modules:
- Accurate dosing
- Membrane performance monitoring and optimizing
- Energy consumption monitoring and saving (pumps and ERD)
